We employ almost 50 full time staff across Scotland, with many more temporary staff at busy periods.

Our staff are the most important part of our business. They provide the high levels of service that enable us to retain and work closely with over 800 clients.

All of our staff are fully trained in their discipline and are empowered and encouraged to go that extra mile to assist clients. They all contribute fully to maintaining and developing our sustainable operations.

Here are just a few of the people you might encounter in EAE.

Our people can make a difference to your business.

Glen Bennett
Managing Director

Glen started out as EAE's first employee in 1987. Since then, he has overseen the growth of the business, culminating in leading a successful management buyout in 2000. Glen knows every aspect of our operations, is on first name terms with most of our clients, and has been a major driver in our quest to operate as sustainably as possible. Originally a chef by trade, Glen lives in North Berwick and is a regular speaker at environmental and business conferences.

Alan Hancock
EAE Operations Director

Alan joined EAE from Diageo in 1997, taking up the post of Office Manager before being promoted to the position of Development Manager. He has been our Operations Manager since 2006 and has responsibility for overseeing all our distribution and merchandising services across Scotland. Alan lives in the Kingdom of Fife and is a keen guitarist and concert goer.

Douglas Hamilton
Kyle of Lochalsh Depot Manager
